FSBO - How to sell quick for top dollar?

Hello!

Unfortunately I'm in a tough spot financially and need to sell my home quickly. That being said I want to get the most possible for it.

Would you guys recommend under-pricing it to get more offers and suggesting that people have already offered over asking? Price at value, or high?

It's a nice So Cal Condo going up in value lately, and I'd love to keep it but unless I get a real nice job soon, I don't think that's gonna work out.

It's at 4140 Workman Mill Rd. #25, Whittier, CA. 90601 - Thoughts?

Also how difficult/easy is it to complete the FSBO process on my side as seller?

At least use a discount type, listing service to get in the MLS. You'll pay about 3%, but otherwise you'll miss about 90% of your buyers.
