Purchasing a foreclosure
Hello,
I am interested in purchasing a property in my neighborhood that was recently foreclosed on. I have contacted my counties local Real Property Service to see when they will be auctioning off the house, per our conversation they (RPS) will not hold the deed to the property for several months yet. What I am wondering is if there is a way to purchase the property prior to it going to auction?
