I am looking for a real estate investor in Colorado executing creative real estate financing, such as, subject to's, land contracts, rent-to-own, etc.

If this is you or you know someone, please reply to this post :)

Thanks,

LP

Most mentors are going to expect something in return - money, your labor, a split of the deals you do - something. If you want to offer something in exchange for mentoring, you will need to post in the Marketplace. That requires a paid account.

But, really these deals aren't that complex. Do some reading, ask questions, consult with an attorney and a title company and you can do them. The hardest part is to find a seller willing to do them.

If you mean selling with owner financing, that's more complex. Dodd-Frank and the SAFE act will likely come into play because your potential buyers are likely to be owner occupants.
