I have a neighbor that is selling their house for $678,000 negotiable.I told them I knew a few real estate people (bigger pocket members..lol) to see if they could help out in selling the property. The property is in good if not excellent condtion in a nice neighbor. What can I do to try to make a profit from this property if I can find a buyer or even for them to sell their property. I am a newbie and need expertise can someone help this motivated real estate investor???
