When to sell my property ?

Hi All,

I just want to highlight that i am new to the real estate market. I have just baught a property in my Country (Egypt), It is actually a Villa and my first intention was to have it for personal use. However, now i am trying to think of it for an investment perspective, to hold it for a while and sell it.

My question is, when is the best time to sell the property ? I mean what is an acceptable ROI (percentage) to be my bottom line to sell the property ?
