Multi Family Analysis Tool

Corey Hoeft
Posted

Does anyone have a very detailed analysis tool (excel docuemnt) for multi family investing? I'm looking to buy an 8- unit apartment building and I want to ensure I'm doing thorough enough due diligence. Ideally, it would help me decide if fix n flip or buy and hold is the best strategy. Thanks in advance.

@Corey Hoeft  Hey Corey,  there is a pretty decent free tool/analyzer on Dealcheck.io  I have been using it and really like it.  Also, Rehab Valuator has a free analzyer as well.  But, don't forget about BP!  I think they must have a calculator in here as well if you are a Pro member.
