Goodmorning BP family, in a situation, currently where wholesaling a 3 property portfolio. 2 units have tenants one is vacant, Seller has been a massive pain entire time, managed to get through the process, we’re on our last 4 days until closing although seller will not provide leaseback information for our partnering buyers until we sign closing papers. Now, we can’t do that because our buyers need that information to close. We have everything signed on the Texas Trec contract and My biggest worry is seller just not wanting to sell and take everyone’s earnest and run. She’s been extremely difficult and that has seemed to be her motive this entire time. Is there anything we can do? Or What would you recommend the next step be?

Seller won’t provide leaseback information because she doesn’t want us contacting tenants and freaking them out about a new landlord coming in even thought nothing would change, is seller obligated to send leaseback information to us???

Thanks
