Having an LLC is nice but it doesn't protect you like you'd want it to . . . Look at the following Equity Stripping

This hit the news today, Apparently it spans, CA, AZ, TX, GA, FL, DC and you name it they've been there. The document is 81 pages long, lots of defendants, too long to post but here are some snippets.
