I want to be clear here and inform the people and real estate agents of SW Missouri to NEVER hire Joyce Liggett with PRO -100 of Joplin SW Missouri. Joyce has sold real estate for over 27 years as a top notch so called caring Christian agent in the real estate market. The truth is Joyce Liggett is a fake lying using piece of **** who has everyone fooled she works with and has sexual relationships with her male clients and male real estate agents to sell property for years .The truth is I was a client to Joyce dating back to 2009 when I sold my first home and bought a home using Joyce and a through the years used her several more to times to sell and buy property. Joyce and I became sexually active towards one another in 2009 and continued having sex until around 2011 when I was a client to her in buying property. Then in 2014 I bought and sold another property with Joyce and we become sexually active again . By this time Joyce and myself and became close friends I thought and would talk to each other daily on the phone as a sexually active couple would . My career on the railroad came to a end in 2018 and Joyce and I became aware I needed to sell my property and buy another property. At this time I had purchased a rental property in the Webb City Mo area and Joyce and I became sexually active again towards one another . Through all this I learned Joyce had a husband and a long term marriage at home and me not being the only client she slept with over the years I learned she had MANY sexual affairs on her late husband Larry Liggett who died of cancer at there home in November of 2023 while she would not even get him the proper health care needed and call in Hospice while she was coming to my residence and have sex with me and other male agents . She would come and put her car in my garage and close the door and have sex with me and leave weekly. All together this came to a end in 2023 after her husband died. Joyce works for a local Joplin bankruptcy attorney and sells his bankruptcy properties all over SW Missouri and plays him and is in a sexual relationship with him also. Joyces own sister who was a agent for PRO-100 also lived next to her in Carthage actually moved away from the area because she could not be around her sister because she lied and treated her dying husband like she had for many years. As I said Joyce and I became very close friends and sexually active and I bought her gifts and gave her jewelry from the rental property when we cleaned it out that she took and wanted such as pearls rings bracelets and gold. The biggest thing I gave Joyce to copy recipes was two Watkins cook books and hand written recipes from the 1920s and 1930s that my grandmother wrote and was passed down to my family. Very sentimental and the agreement was to return them back to me . It has never happened yet and I have wrote emails texts hired a attorney to get my cook books and recipes back and still hasn't happened. Joyce Liggett or who ever knows this woman or reads this be a true Christian like you say you are and grow up and return them back to me. But your not your a ****ing using no good whore who uses people to make money and when you get what you want your done.
