Hey everyone!

When acquiring a large portfolio of rental properties, what strategies have you found effective for managing or dividing the properties? In our recent acquisition of a 34 SFR rental portfolio, we are exploring different approaches to handle this efficiently. I'm curious to hear about your experiences or any insights you might have on this topic.

Thanks for your input

I think it depends on their geographic proximity to one another. For me, I acquired a portfolio of seven four-unit buildings all in the same neighborhood. I self manage them, however I have one of the tenants serving as my maintenance person and primary contact for tenants with any issues.
