HVAC for New Build 3F “Tripledecker”

Hey all,

I just acquired land in Boston and plan on building in the spring. 

My question is, whats the HVAC system to use that provides separate utilities, and separate control per unit. 

What pricing is to expect? It’s in Forest Hills for more content and i want some form of framework in mind before talking to builders.

Each unit is about 1,000 sq feet totaling 3,000 livable.
