Massachustts (just North of Boston) - Looking for Investors - Buy and hold w/PCF of minimum of $400
New to this and looking to get deep into real estate. Right now I know of a property for sale just North of Boston, minutes from MBTA and 93 that would be a buy and hold with a positive cash flow of at least $400 as is up to $700 with minimal work. Want to know how this would work if I was to set up an investor with this property? What do they usually offer? Do they offer anything?
