Hello BP community! I have a question that I hope somebody can help answering... My sister in law owns a small property in West Haven Ct that she wants to give it to her niece, she loves her like her own daughter. I now she should speak with a real estate lawyer but does any body came across a similar situation or have knowledge of the process to follow? Thanks
