General Question - Fire Damaged Properties

Hello BP Forum! :)

I have a quick question: what is the best way to find/locate fire damaged properties for sale? I have tried searching on Zillow, but I haven't been able to find any homes with fire damage by using the key word feature.

Any suggestions would be great, thank you! :)
