Where to post investment opportunities?

Hi.  I am fairly new here. Which section of the forum is best to post investment opportunities?  I am in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.  I may have a few apartments coming available.  Also is this forum good for non-residential investments too?  For example I have an industrial property available that is 100% leased to a AAA public company for another 8 years.
