Wholesaling in TN - Just starting out

What sort of advice are you looking for?

It sounds like you just started your RE journey. You probably need to start from the very beginning reading books and listening to podcasts.

I've read a ton of books and own a couple of investment properties locally. I'm more so looking for other investors, fix and flippers, and/or wholesalers to network with. As I mentioned we are relatively new to the area and are currently starting up our business from scratch.

Since you already own a couple properties.

Really just drive around, find beat down houses then start dialing. 

If you need buyers you can join groups like REIN, TNREIA, GRID etc... 

They also give you contacts for title co, lawyers and alike.
