Many of my transactions have been completed remotely and most of my investors don’t ever see the properties they purchase. I have owned and sold both single-family and multi-family rental properties (including a 17-unit apartment complex) across the Middle Tenn. market. I have operated short and long-term rentals, overseen several flips, house-hacked my personal residence, wholesaled and wholetailed deals.

I have also done several new development deals in the Nashville market, focusing primarily on building single-family homes and the infill development of raw land, as well as tearing down existing houses and building new homes on the existing lot.
