Rent My Home has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of managing our property. From hiring an electrician to fixing various issues around the house, they took care of everything promptly and efficiently. They kept us fully informed every step of the way, ensuring we were always up to date with the progress. On top of that, they found us a tenant in under a month, which was a huge relief. Their professionalism and dedication made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We’ve enjoyed renting out our home through John. It’s the perfect amount of communication. He knows when to let us know something is happening with the house and when to let us enjoy the stress free life of having a property manager. He also balanced giving us advice and letting us decide how to move forward with our home. We are grateful and have recommended him plenty of times.

John with Rent My Home/ House Connection was a fantastic resource to helping us buy our first investment property in Clarksville from out of state. He went above and beyond the moment we started our search. He went through all of the active listings and hand picked dozens of properties to consider that would make good long term rentals. He also listed details as to pros/cons of each. He gave us virtual tours, shared valuable knowledge on neighborhoods and rental rates, negotiated a phenomenal deal on the property we chose, and made the closing process seamless. Our real estate portfolio is stronger after John’s help. Rent My Home is our go-to for all Clarksville real estate investing and property management!

This is my family’s first time renting, and we could not have asked for a better experience. There was a few big things that needed fixing that no one could have predicted happening and John and his company were amazing.There were dedicated, so prompt, they communicated amazingly, and they were so kind through the entire process.
