Solar panel lien on a house facing foreclosure
Im trying to attempt a short sale, but goodleap won’t accept a 6k settlement. If the lender foreclosures wouldn’t it wipe out their lien? On title it shows up as a UCC lien. The investor that holds the loan is Fannie Mae any ideas to get the solar panel ( good leap ) to accept a settlement?
