Will I have a title issue?

I own an investment property outright and paid with cash a few years ago. I just looked at my deed/title and under the grantee information my grantee mailing address is an old UPS store box I had. Obviously my ID/drivers license doesn’t reflect that address. Is that going to be an issue at closing or for title  or am I just being silly and paranoid.

It won't matter but if it would ease your nerves (and you are in one of the states we do closings in) I'm happy to pull your title and let you know if you are clear.
