Louisiana Tax Lien/Deed OTC
Hi!
Does anyone know if in Louisiana you can buy liens/deeds OTC? It may not be called that here. I think surplus properties may be what it's called. I am trying to find out what happens to the property if it doesn't sell at auction. I have been told of one site, civicsource.com. I know this is an auction site. Any insight into Tax liens and deed sales in Louisiana is appriciated.
Thanks!
Toni
