Good Day,

I'm looking for more information about how to sell home to hedge funds or private REITs, I'm asking since I want to see if this could be a potential exit strategy for houses, I have hear this in some small real estate meet up in the area.

You’ll obviously get less than an owner occupant. Is the a reason you’re looking to get less for your property? Fast close, tenant in place, etc?  If you’re set on taking the loss and speed is more important, try Opendoor and offer pad.

@Waldo I. Silva Pagan

They may, for example we run a private fund but I can tell you the offer we would provide will make you cringe.
