I'm looking for more information about how to sell home to hedge funds or private REITs, I'm asking since I want to see if this could be a potential exit strategy for houses, I have hear this in some small real estate meet up in the area.

I'm selling a home with owner financing in the state of Oklahoma, I'm looking for recommendation for a lawyer that can do the closing that can do a wrap note and can add the proper language to have non-judicial foreclosure on the note. Also if anyone know how much the lawyer charges for this services, I read it about $1,000 for closing.
