Residential owerlines going through backyard
*RESIDNTIAL POWER LINES*
Hello All,
I am in real estate market currently to buy an investment property. I came across a decent property for decent price but that property has residential power lines passing through its back yard. They are inside (above) backyard at 25% inside property line back fence.
Personally I would not buy it to stay permanently as primary (don't mind to stay year or two as tenant) but it is for investment and I can get some discount for this reason. But I am worried how much it affects the rental prospects, how badly it may affect rental price and number of prospect tenants now and resale in future.
Any thoughts are much appreciated. I have attached pictures.
Thanks.
