Where To Buy If Buying Out of State - If You Live In A High Cost of Living Area

I get a lot of questions from the CA & Socal folks about how life in the fast lane in Arizona is doing and if it makes sense to invest Out of State for them.

I still invest a lot in Phoenix and I'm very comfortable doing so. I think it boils down to personal choice, but we chose Phoenix because of growth, appreciation, cashflow, landlord friendly, and really cool cacti. ;-)

This is an example of how we approach the market here. Profitably. Especially if you purchase Off Market. And Arizona is just a skateboard ride away from California.

It's an example of what can be done. The Cell at H178 is the difference in buying "off market".
