On MLS there are designations under property type: Single Family Residential, and Condominium as well as others. Then another category you can choose Detached or Attached. My question: What is the difference between what is considered a Condo and what would be considered SFR Attached? @Jake Kucheck and other CA agents do you know? Anyone else?
