Assumable loan acquisition.
Hello all , I’ve been investing for about 3 years now and I still consider myself a rookie . I came across this deal that’s an assumable loan . I reached out to the seller’s agent and he agreed to represent both of us . What are some things I should be look out for when doing this deal? Since he is representing both of us and his loyalty is to the seller . Thanks in advance.
