Cash Buyer Only Homes

Hello,

I have been helping my dad search for a second home in Florida for the winter months to escape Michigan. I will be living in the home full-time as well helping maintain it. I have found two homes I like, on the market for over 150 days which is rare in the Tampa, FL area. They are cash-only buyers deals though. Does anyone know of individuals or investors that will buy the home cash to secure the home then we would buy from them with financing?
