I never buy deals off of the MLS. There is too much competition and I like getting good prices.
My last couple of deals were based on Tired Landlords and vacant properties.
For instance, in California there are 93,803 vacant properties
In San Diego County there are 6,705 vacant properties
In Georgia there are 54,094 vacant proprties
In Indiana there are 62,077 vacant properties
In Ohio there are 106,515 vacant properties
Oops, looks like Michigan beats Ohio in this one with 117,177 vacant properties
Whadda mean there are no deals? They're pretty easy to find.
