Hello

This is Behzad Sharifi. I am 20 years old, but with a mindset like a billionaire. I am very interested in real estate investing, but the only thing which keeps me from investing is money, so I came up with an idea to first start with wholesaling, and then move on to rental property investing. So it would be nice if someone walk me through wholesale investing. Thank you.
