How to get going
I'm a general contractor 1 year in who specializes in rental/ sale ready repairs and upgrades. I own my home but I want to keep it. It's valued around 500k without an appraisal, 600k with one likely as we've done a lot to it. 290k left to pay off.
I have no investment money currently but aiming to save for a down payment in 2024. Is there another way to get started now with no liquidity?
