Seeking investor friendly appraiser

I am getting close to refinancing my home, and am seeking an investor friendly appraiser.

I've renovated the kitchen, added another bedroom, and improved the property in various other ways and I'm looking for an appraiser who will take those into consideration.


Any recommendations or referrals are appreciated!
