Cards on the table. I’m 62 have a home with about 150k equity but no other significant cash assets. I’m looking to use the real estate investments ti fund my retirement.

What's the best way for me to invest? Use a HELOC? Reverse Mortgage? Other?

I’m a complete newbie so help an investor out! 😊
