A foreign investor wants to sell a Detroit house, Help (Barton-McFarland area)
A foreign investor friend of mine (or more like just an acquaintance) wants to sell a house in Detroit. This is a typical sad story for a foreign investor: bought a house from a "turn key" company, had to evict a bad tenant, property tax being too high etc. He just wants to get out of this mess and sell the house. Since he speaks no English, I might have to help him with a fee. So, if I help him, I will have to wholesale it. I know nothing about the detroit area or wholesale process. Can someone walk me through about the wholesaling process? Is there any Detroit realtor here who can help me?
MODERATOR: THIS IS NOT AN OFFER TO SELL THIS PROPERTY. OFFERS TO BUY IT OR HELP SELL IT HAVE BEEN REMOVED.

Do your friend a favor and don'y charge him a fee or try to squeeze a profit out of "helping" him. He has already been fleeced enough. Do a google search for a realtor there who speaks his language and let them take care of it.
