Guidance of Wholesaling Endeavors

Oliver Marson
Posted

@Julio Gonzalez I trust this message finds you in excellent spirits. As I navigate the intricate landscape of real estate investment, your distinguished career serves as a beacon of inspiration. The concept of wholesaling has captivated my interest, and I am eager to delve into its potential advantages.

With profound respect for your expertise, I am curious about your experiences with wholesaling, if any. Your insights into the nuances of this strategy would be immensely valuable. Furthermore, I am keenly interested in understanding the legal aspects of wholesaling without a real estate license. My commitment to strict adherence to legal frameworks underscores my dedication to ethical practices.

Your guidance in this matter would be an invaluable asset on my journey, and I am sincerely grateful for any insights you can offer.

Thank you for considering my inquiry, and I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to learn from your wealth of knowledge.

I recognize that this topic may seem somewhat unconventional given your standing, but I'm hopeful that your guidance can set me on the right path. Your mentorship would mean a great deal to me.

Best regards,

Hey Oliver! I am trying to get into wholesaling as well and have done tons of research. I know wholesaling is a gray area. "...the wholesaler is a middleman who is paid for finding deals (although practicing real estate without a license is illegal in all 50 states...)" (How To Invest In Real Estate, BP Book). I am a new investor and a realtor and I know some realtors that strongly dislike wholesalers. Plus if you aren't upfront with many sellers they can become frustrated that you resold their property for a higher price. Since I am a realtor, I would have to disclose that. I guess it comes down to one's integrity and ethics. Hope this helps a little bit!
