Investing in multiplexes..

Posted

Hi, I am looking to purchase my first investment property. Currently live in California and own a home. I am interested to purchase multiplexes. Are there any areas in US that have positive cash flow? I have savings of 300K for down payment. Appreciate any help/pointers.

Hi Srikanth! Columbus has a variety of multifamily properties, including apartments, duplexes, and townhomes. When considering a multifamily property for investment, it is important to look for areas with potential for growth. This could include neighborhoods undergoing revitalization, new businesses moving into the area, or planned developments that could increase property values and rental demand.

I started purchasing a small multifamily in Columbus, Ohio 2 years ago. The cost of entry is low while the cash flow is high. Columbus is the only Ohio market that has seen rapid growth in jobs and population. Let me know how I can help you
