Incorporating in WY vs NV vs NM

Looking for some suggestions on incorporating in a state that offer anonymity.
I explored online learning, and still not decided which way to go.

Thinking of a holding company in WY, NV or NM. Holding company to own:

1. LLCs or Corp for buy&hold properties

2. LLC or Corp for wholesale deals

3. Other business ventures

I’d sincerely appreciate feedback from ppl who have set up such entities and some guidance on where to start. Thank you!!
