Commission Rollover into down payment
Agents are allowed to represent themselves when buying a property, and use their commission as a downpayment. How does that work when an agent is represented by a brokerage, aren't they suppose to split the commission between the two? So how does an agent using his 2.5% or 3% commission as a downpayment come out to be?
