Book - Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner

Posted

Hello,

I'm reading the book titled "Rental Property Investing" by Brandon Turner, and on page 69 Brandon makes the following statements but doesn't show the math:

- Our cash flow saved (from cash flow) is $10,000 (technically $9,.600).

- Our total equity if $46,500

- Our total net worth is $56,500

I don't understand how Brandon obtained these numbers because he doesn't show the math. HAS ANYONE READ THIS BOOK AND UNDERSTANDS HOW BRANDON ARRIVED AT THE NUMBRS?

THANKS IN ADVANCE

-Doug
