Using equity of a foreign property
I’m at a point to make a property purchase soon but debating whether to purchase an investment rental at home in the US first or purchase my condo abroad where I reside first.
If the foreign condo is bought in full with cash, is it common that lenders will allow the equity to be used toward purchasing my investment rental stateside?
