Getting Real Estate License -- To Look At Properties...

Nathan Franzene
Posted

Hi,  the real estate folks I have worked with aren't really motivated and don't provide a lot of insight when looking at properties.  Can I get my own Real Estate License and just go look at properties on my own?  I get if someone says, you can't be a lone wolf and just run through all the homes whenever you want.  But, could I join an existing Real Estate firm with the idea that I am just going to look at properties for myself?
