Advice with cold calling
Hi wanted to know if anyone has advice on cold calling. I am looking for a single lot in the Houston, Tx close to mcgregor way. I am interested in a lot for my own personal use to build a single family home. There are some dilapidated homes in the area. Can someone please give some advice on how I should approach this.

The best way to approach this is to build rapport before your first call. Knock on the neighbors doors and politely ask if you can get introduced to the owner of the lot you are seeking.
