Thoughts about the Springfield, MO area

Colby Hasick
Posted

Hey there - this is my first post and all.

I'm curious if anyone here has experience buying in the Springfield, MO area and if you'd be willing to share your experiences. Southwest Missouri is a market that I'm most interested in at the time due to it being my current area. If you have any stories regarding house hacking and buying properties for rental that'd be a bonus.

Cheers~

Colby,

I am in the Kansas City area so you have more knowledge of the Springfield area in general than I do but I know that the fundamentals there continue to make it a strong investment market.  Well diversified business base, a university, access to good transportation, a strong workforce and affordable housing.

All of those add up to a good long-term investment formula.

Let me know if I may be of assistance.

Paul.
