House not selling inquiry
I flipped a single family house and it's been on the market for a month now. I listed the house with a flat fee so I'm not working with a Real Estate agent but the house is listed on MLS and other sites. Although there was interest in the beginning , there is none anymore. It looks like the price is right, but the house is not selling. Also to note, there is not much or any market competition in the area at all. What would be a better strategy, lowering the price or taking the house off the market and relisting it again? Any and all input will be appreciated. Thank you!
If the house is not selling there are two possibilities; 1: bad marketing, 2: overpriced. The inventory level is super low so take a look at the pictures and see if they look inviting. Check your marketing description. If those are not the issues, it is probably necessary to do a price drop.

There is a good response above. I may be biased because I'm an agent, but there is a lot more to a listing outside of it just being on the MLS. Professional photos, marketing, networking, communication, buyer agent commission you're offering, etc etc.
that’s what your agent is for, I have worked with many buyers who refuse to buy or visit a home because the seller isn’t offering a reasonable commission or doesn’t have inviting photos of the home online.
My biggest recommendation would be to take it down and relist with an agent.
