Owner Occupied Loopholes - Los Angeles
Hello-
With the new Fannie Mae 5% down program, we are looking at 4 units in our area. We own our home. Is there a way to get around the "owner occupied" requirement?

@Stephanie Luciano - I have heard from lenders that they are doing visual inspections and calling loans due since so many people have taken advantage of similar programs in the past.
