Real Estate Investors in Nashville or Middle Tennessee

Good morning, I inherited a third of my dad's duplex, and I am buying out my two sisters. Any tips on whether to keep or sell it? I have an appraiser coming out tomorrow to see what the market value is. I also would like to connect with more real estate investors in the area.
