Questions to ask Buyer in a sub to deal

Hello,

I'm in the process of selling my cabin as a sub-to deal. This is my 1st sub-to deal, and I really don't know much about sub-to's at all. The buyer has done many of these deals and they are providing the contract and terms. What questions should I ask the buyer to make sure that I am covered and the contract protects me as well as them?
