Thinking of seller financing my house.

Matthew Carty
Posted

I have an interesting situation, and I’m considering the benefits of seller financing my house with a wrap around contract. I have a 2.9 interest rate.

The house is currently used as an Airbnb and it grossed $8200 this month. It is in Nevada City, California which to me, is a very special place.  The house is pretty special as well.

Hoping to talk with investors or anyone to hash this idea out.
