Does Exclusive Broker Agreement with LLC?
Hello: Recently I found a potential investment property, but didn't have a strong relationship with a realtor. So Redfin recommended a realtor to show the property. On 9/11/23 I decided to submit an offer with the assistance of the realtor. Against my better judgement, I signed an Exclusive Broker Agreement with that realtor with my LLC as the the "buyer" printed below my name in the signature line. Yesterday, we found a property my wife and I would like to buy as a vacation home which would be transacted outside of the LLC as a personal property.
Since the agreement was signed with the LLC, I'm assuming I can use a different/more qualified realtor for my personal property interests. Is that accurate?
