Where do I find deals???
Hey everyone,
I finally made it to the point where I'm looking for houses!!! YAY. Problem I'm running into now is where to look. Every real estate website has the properties listed on the MLS. I've looked at sold by owner and foreclosed homes on each website as well. Checking Loopnet also. I reached out to a wholesaler I met at a meetup. I'm going to another meetup in about 2 weeks and will be reaching out there as well. Where else can I look?
To anyone that might have a deal, I'm looking for a single family home around 425k. Move in ready or with no major repairs. Must be in the city of Los Angeles but preferably closer to Long Beach/Compton. Looking to make my first house hack. I'm willing to look at any deals!
Thank you,

Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com are all good, but filter by oldest listings, not newest. This way you can more easily find sellers willing to negotiate better terms.
Cragislist and Facebook marketplace are also good options, but be wary of scams.
